At a recent performance at the Palladium in Worcester, MA, Alkaline Trio's Matt Skiba announced that they have left Epic after just one record. At the same time, Matt announced that the band had formed their own label and would be self-releasing their own material in the future. They also plan to record in the summer. The band debuted a song from said record.

The band released Agony & Irony in 2008.
