Facedown Records has announced the signing of St. Louis, Missouri's In The Midst of Lions. The band is described as "a mixture of fast-paced tech metal and grinding melodic worship, their sound can be compared to such contemporaries as Meshuggah, The Faceless, Whitechapel, and Darkest Hour."

They are currently working on a concept album, which will reportedly be focused on "God's wrath and humanity's release from that wrath that God has provided."

In The Midst of Lions' last record was their debut LP Out of Darkness.
