: Hi kids, Mitch from Nothing Nice to Say here to tell you about a crappy new contest I came up with while trying to think of a way to get rid of some of the extra shit that's been taking up space in my closet for the past year: This month's contest is this: COME UP WITH A GOOD IDEA FOR A CONTEST! That's right, I want you to rack your brain to come up with the coolest, most fun, most original (yet still relevant) idea for an NN2S contest and send that idea to me at mitch@nothingnice.com (subject = "contest") by June 15th, 2002. The winner will recieve the following:
⢠Argument "Demolished" CDEP (that's my old band)
⢠"Pure Punk" compilation (featuring various pop punk and hardcore bands from Minneapolis and St Paul)
⢠Issue #2 of "Arbitrary Violence" zine
⢠Issue #7 of "Summer's Over" zine
⢠I will also make you a compilation all by mayself of music I feel you should be listening to, PLUS I'll use your contest idea as a contest to give away even MORE fun prizes.
Remember, at any time before the contest ends, you can send in your album or demo tape or zine or drawing or whatever, and it will be included as part of the prize. This is highly encouraged, as I don't have a heck of a lot of stuff to give away.
