Xiu Xiu join Polyvinyl Records

Polyvinyl Records has added Xiu Xiu to its roster. The band's first release for their new label will be a 7-inch featuring one new song as well as a cover of Rihanna's "Only Girl in the World;" look for that in September.

A new album is expected to follow in early 2012.
