Cursive hits the studio

Cursive
by Aubin Paul Saddle Creek 14 years ago

Cursive has entered the studio to record their seventh full-length album. The band is currently at ARC Studios in Omaha working for the first time with producer Matt Bayles (Mastodon, Minus The Bear, Isis). The new album will be the follow-up to 2009's critically praised Mama, I'm Swollen.

After wrapping up the current recording session, the band will perform at the MAHA Music Festival in Omaha, NE, on August 13th alongside Matisyahu and Guided By Voices. Following that, frontman Tim Kasher will embark on a headlining solo tour in support of his debut, The Game of Monogamy.
