From NOFX Online : An inside source in the NOFX camp has told us that the band is in a bit of hot water over their "Snickers" parody T-Shirt. The source indicated that NOFX is being sued by Snickers for illegal use of the Snickers likeness. The T-Shirt features a "Punkers" logo on the front, and the words "Chocolate covered, caramel coated, nougat filled, nutty punk rock" on the rear. The T-Shirt color is a chocolaty brown goodness. NOFX has long been an opponent of traditional press. Opting to (almost) never do interviews, push for radio play, or attend media functions, the band's choice to get some mileage from the coattails of a traditional product seems to have melted in their face, not in their wallet. First the comic people sue Jugheads Revenge and now Snickers is after NOFX… Lagwagon, you guys need to watch out. Ford is gonna sue you.
