The Halifax Pop Explosion Festival & Conference has announced its first wave of bands for this year's event. Notable acts slated to appear include Fucked Up, The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, The Thermals, Murder by Death, Titus Andronicus, Chixdiggit!, The Rural Alberta Advantage and many others.
