by Aubin Paul Hellcat 14 years ago

Though it took more than a week to appear, Rancid frontman and Timebomb's RockNRoll Theater creator Tim Armstrong's recent interview and appearance on Last Call With Carson Daly has finally surfaced. In it, the punk veteran talked about writing the music and dialogue for the program. He notes the influence of Boris Karloff's Thriller and 50s and 60s horror shows like the Twilight Zone and Outer Limits.

He also shows off his favourite guitar which he used to write music from Operation Ivy, Rancid and The Transplants.Tim even demonstrates a little bluegrass on the guitar.
