Hot Water Music have revealed the artwork for their Rise Records debut, Exister. This time around, the band has enlisted Richard "HORSEBITES" Minino for the cover art. This comes as a surprise (for at least a few of us) given the band's long association with artist Scott Sinclair. The album is due out May 15, 2012.
