by Aubin Paul 14 years ago

Hopeless Records will be reissuing Thrice's fan-favorite full length, The Illusion of Safety , on June 19th, 2012, ten years after it's original release. The vinyl reissue will feature the album and a download card and was the band's last independent album before signing with Island Records and making some then controversial changes to their sound.

Last year, Thrice announced a "break from being a full-time band" after 13 years together.
