Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers) releases charity EP

Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers) releases charity EP
by John Flynn 13 years ago

Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist-- and one-time member of Fear-- Flea has released a solo EP titled Helen Burns, to benefit the Silverlake Conservatory of Music. He describes the music as "mostly instrumental, weird and arty," and far removed from the sound of his well-known band. The EP is available now as a digital download, and will be released on 180 gram vinyl next month.

You can learn more about the project here.
