Metal label Century Media has signed Quebec-based thrash pioneers, Voivod. The news comes on the eve of the band's 30th anniversary and the recent reissue of their 1984 debut, To the Death 84 , on Alternative Tentacles Records.

The band is planning to celebrate the new year with the release of Target Earth on January 21, 2013 in Europe and January 22, 2013 in the US.
