From our comrades over at Punkrocks.net: "There are people out there claiming to have info on a possible punkrocks.net stage for Warped Tour '03, but likely to the delight of punknews.org readers everywhere, we are probably not going to be participating in Warped this summer because we decided we want to finish college instead. There have been reports submitted to a few websites (absolutepunk.net being the biggest of course) that bands have been "confirmed" for our stage - this is a case of someone misrepresenting us and we would appreciate just being left alone about Warped Tour this summer because unless something completely amazing happens in the next two weeks to make us change our minds you will not see us there. For those hoping to see Unearth at Warped again this summer, we're sorry, you'll be stuck with New Found Glory and six bands that sound like them…. but we certainly encourage people to flood the Warped Tour office with requests for more hardcore bands to play the tour - one of these days they might just book one."Speaking of Warped, Punknews is being flooded with reports of which bands are supposedly playing. Some of these are confirmed and most are unannounced at this time. The official announcement of bands and dates will be up at the official website in a matter of days. We'll hold off on flogging you with repetitive and potentially wrong band reports until they post their list.
