Guelph/Toronto's The Constantines have signed an international record deal with Seattle's Sub Pop Records. Keeping their previous relationships in tact, the band will still be working with Three Gut Records for Canadian releases. Sub Pop will release The Constantines' upcoming album in May or June of this year. The record was just recorded with Steve Clarkson (ex-Superex/King Cobb Steele mastermind) in Toronto's Woodshed studio and at Chemical Sound. This band was our MP3 of the week a few times (1 / 2).
