Daily reviews start today!

Behind the scenes at Punknews.org, we're always discussing ways we can improve the site for our readers and make our content more useful. With that said, we're excited to announce a slight change in format today as it concerns our reviews: Going forward, we will be posting two new reviews every weekday: One between 10 a.m. and noon EST, and another between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. EST. This change will put more emphasis on individual reviews, and ensure that every review -- from hotly anticipated records by popular bands to debuts from obscure artists -- receives a more equal treatment. Our traffic stats as well as your comments tells us that with little deviation, the top 2-3 reviews in our previous weekly updates were getting the most attention and interaction. This will hopefully fix that and spread the love a little more.

Now that that's out of the way, our first review this week is John Gentile's dissection of "Living in a Dangerous Land," the new collaboration between former Operation Ivy bandmates Tim Armstrong and Jesse Michaels. Check it out here. You can read any of our reviews at our reviews page.
