While we're still getting rumors in from various European newspapers about this apparent "Bruce Springsteen / Clash" performance (we've even received rumors that they're playing a CBGBs gig), here's a bit of CONFIRMED news. At the upcoming Grammy awards, Elvis Costello, Bruce Springsteen, Tony Kanal (No Doubt), and Steve Van Zandt (E Street Band) will perform together in a special tribute to Joe Strummer and the Clash. In fact, Paul Simonon has been quite vocal that the band would not reunite at an event where tickets cost $1500.
