Shinobu vocalist Mike Huguenor has been posting recording updates via his Twitter for a new Shinobu record.

12/29: Shinobu begins recording our new album in about 10 minutes.

12/30: Shinobu records nearly everything we can live. On the first day we got 4 songs with at least basic tracks done. Starting second day soon.

Shinobu's last full-length was 2009's Strange Spring Air.
