Epitaph frontman and formal Bad Religion founder Brett Gurewitz will be producing the new LP for the Voodoo Glow Skulls. The album, titled Symbolic, is set to be released August 22 on Epitaph. Guitarist Frank Casillas recently made this statement "It was a good thing to spend that much time on the material, we really focused on the lyrics and the songwriting. We didn't record on the fly in between tours. as a result, I think it may be the best out of all the Voodoo Glow Skulls records except perhaps Firme."
