Former Dead Kennedys vocalist Jello Biafra lost a lawsuit filed by three other members over royalties. Biafra allegedly shortchanged them on royalty rates, and a conflict existed over the use of "Holiday in Cambodia" for a Levis commercial. On the stand Offspring vocalist Dexter Holland testified that punk bands must not do anything excessively commercial to maintain a respect with their fan base. Biafra was ordered to pay 220,000 in damages, which he intends to appeal
