Tankcrimes Records has announced a 20th anniversary deluxe reissue of Human=Garbage by crust-sludge champions Dystopia. The label plans to issue the album as a double LP (and a single CD) and plans to have it out in October of 2014. Further, the label is now streaming the album in full.
