Beggar's Group will now be on Apple Music

Following being damaged by Taylor Swift's hammer of righteousness, Apple has struck a deal with Worldwide Independent Network. As You may recall, Apple is releasing Apple Music, a music streaming service. The first three months are a free trial period which, originally, Apple planned to not pay artists for music streamed during that time. Beggar's Group was critical of the service. After Swift penned an open letter to Apple, Apple changed its policies and will now pay artists during the trial period.

Following the change, Apple has struck a deal with Worldwide Independent Network, an entity that represents many independent labels including Beggar's Group. Beggar's Head Honcho Martin Mills stated:

"Over the last few days we have had increasingly fruitful discussions with Apple. We are now delighted to say that we are happy to endorse the deal with Apple Music as it now stands, and look forward to being a big part of a very exciting future."
