Well, we all find our "pet" bands, and I have a new one [since Motion City Soundtrack has moved onto better things, and Gestalt is… well, Gestalt] - Somerset. I saw these guys last night here in Rock Island, and for the short set they were allowed, they poured their souls into the songs they were playing for about the 15 of us that watched them. To quote one of the members of Gestalt: "This band is hungry; they got that eye of the tiger." This band is going to be a household name soon, so check them out before you miss out. The band is currently on the road for all of May and June, booking shows as they go.
