Once I get a hold of the article I'll post anything interesting I can glean from it. For the time being our reader submitted a few interesting tidbits. Some songs on the album apparently feature the return of ska / reggae influences to the band's sound. This has been absent since the dancehall inspired "Life Won't Wait." The album lyrically deals with death, a theme brought on by a rough few years for the band members: Aside from Lars' health problems the band has dealt with lost family members (Lars' brother), divorces (both Tim and Lars) and the deaths of several of their friends and inspirations (Joe Strummer, Joey & Dee Dee Ramone).
