As pointed out by Brooklyn Vegan, it appears that Tom Capone of Quicksand was arrested for shoplifting. This seems to be verified by mugshots.com. According to that site, Capone was arrested for shoplifting on September 12 in Arizona. That same night, Quicksand played the Cescent ballroom in Arizona as a three piece, without Capone. The band's new record is titled Interiors and is due out November 10, 2017 on Epitaph Records
