On August 13, Every Time I Die played the Crofoot in Pontiac, Michigan. Tonya Ross was there with her daughter, for her daughter's birthday. Ross alleges that she was injured during the concert in a Complaint filed in Federal court. Ross alleges that during the concert, guitar player Jordan Buckley did a stage dive and landed on Ross. Ross claims that she suffered a catastrophic injury, a brain injury, a broken neck and a concussion. The band has not issued a response, yet. See the local news report below.
