Sprocket Nova was a band comprised of robots with names like Jon Bot Jovi and Sony Danza in the mid 2000s. The Wyoming band released a full length album in 2007 and then eventually disbanded. Some interest was reignited when Teenage Bottlerocket covered the band on Stealing the Covers in 2017. Inspired by the new interest, the robots have been reactivated and are demoing new material.
