Promoters in Tillsonburg, Ontario have announced the inagural Forge Fest, a multi-venue music festival to take place on July 28. The first slate of bands for the event have been comfirmed, with planned apperances by Single Mothers, DBoy (members of The Snips and Northern Primative), Averages, Cursed Arrows, Kill Surf City, Eamon McGrath, John Wozniak of Marcy Playground, and Jaclyn Vanhappen. Proceeds from Forge Fest will be donated to CMHA Oxford, which helps offer programs and services to people experiencing mental health issues.
