Ontario-based quartet Shift-D released their new EP late last week. The EP, This Message Will Self-Destruct, is out now across streaming media as well as compact disk via Thousand Islands Records. The album is a follow-up to their 2015 EP Battle On Your Own which itself solidified the band's return from a six-year hiatus between 2007 and 2013.
