As the ever-polarizing topic of the Dead Kennedys continues to raise heated arguments, lots of misinformation has started to fly. In particular there are several messages floating about that are supposedly from Dr. Know frontman Brandon Cruz regarding his motives for leaving the Dead Kennedys. Brandon contacted me recently and he assured me that the "statements" making the rounds on message boards and Usenet groups are completely unsubstantiated.

Brandon currently hard at work on new material for his band Dr. Know. There's no word on any formal release dates, but we will likely have an update on that sometime soon.
