The BBC will release a new David Bowie documentary next year. It's called David Bowie: The First Five Years and follows his pre-Ziggy Stardust career. It will be released on BBC Two and will coincide with the 50th anniversary of the release of the "Space Oddity" single. Bowie's final album was Blackstar in 2016.
