Today, we are pleased to debut the new track by The Horizon Problem.

Borrowing it's title from the famed Mad Max character, "Furiosa" finds the band speeding up with a racing pulse before popping the clutch into fifth and breaking into spacious territory.

Speaking to Punknews about the track, bassist Justin Lieberthal said: "I started playing the bass riff you hear right at the beginning of the song and Chris commented that it sounded like something Elephant Gym would play - and thus the song was born with the working title 'Elephant Jam' (which we still catch ourselves calling it). The intro buildup made Stannis think of a car chase in the desert and he ended up drawing inspiration from Mad Max 4. The final title 'Furiosa' is an obvious nod to the character from the movie franchise."

The track is off the band's upcoming single. They're having a release show May 4th at Arlene's Grocery in New York, NY. Meanwhile, check out the tune below, right now.
