Recently, a new Sex Pistols biopic was announced to be in the works. Well, apparently, the Sex Pistols themselves are not down with it. they have stated that the film is not being made with the band's consent. They stated: "You may have seen recent reports of a Sex Pistols biopic. For the avoidance of doubt this film would be unauthorised, unofficial, and not endorsed by Sex Pistols"
