Brantford, ON music festival, Blackout Fest have announced their 2019 line-up. The 13 year old punk festival is a 2 day multi-venue festival that will take place the weekend of October 18th with Seaway, Direct Hit, Like Pacific, The Anti-Queens, The Penske File, Keep Flying, Harbour and much more playing the event.
