Handsome dick Manitoba of Dictators has completed his first solo album. It's called Born in the Bronx and it's out in November. Manitoba released a short statement: "done in collaboration with the extremely talented Jon Tiven… the record will be released in November… and what can I tell you, this is me baby, this is me!"
