Strummersite is reporting that a new, comprehensive guide to The Clash is about to be published. The book is titled "The Complete Clash" and was written by journalist / novelist Keith Topping. The book includes "a song-by-song analysis of everything from 'Armagideon Time' to 'White Riot'. There is exhaustive coverage of The Clash's 600-plus live performances between 1976 and 1985, and a study of the band's TV and film appearances." The book should be released in the UK on October 10th, no word on a North American release yet.
