an update is in order since so many people are asking questions now i suppose.

first off we ARE NOT breaking up.

what is happening is that I (justin kay) will no longer be playing with since by man after the haloween show. i know this will come as a suprise to a lot of people. i want to say that it has nothing to do with any personal relationships in the band- i love these guys and i always will. what it comes down to for me is that some things have happened in my life that have put me in a position to make a choice i my life. and when it comes down to it i have to make the right and responsible choice, and that is to leave the band and appreciate everything i have been able to experience and take care of myself for my sake and the sake of my mother. i was going to play with the band until i am done with school but that doesn't make much sense from a songwriting standpoint, so haloween will be my last show. i will be helping them as much as i can along the way. im sure it goes without saying how hard of a decision this was for me, and i want every single person that has ever had anything to do with the band to know how much i appreciate everything they have done. and please stay in touch.my best wishes go to the rest of the guys in the band. i know its been a rough year, but it will come together in the end.

from the band's standpoint,we are still trying to work some things out and we have a few ideas so for now we aren't going to be asking anyone for tryouts or anything. if this ever changes we will post it, but for now we need some time to figure things out.
