Muz writes "This is straight from thequeers.com : "Most of you have probably heard that the Queers have recorded a new EP. The EP is called "The Queers Today" and will be released on Lookout Records in January 2001. It was produced by the great Ben Weasel and he even sings one of the five tracks. The EP is in the same vein as 'Don't Back Down' and 'Punk Rock Confidential'. There's even a Beach Boys cover on there. The Queers hope to hit the studios again with Ben Weasel and Mass Giorgini in January to record their next album which will probably be on Lookout as well. The Queers will most probably be off the Hopeless Records roster soon." Yeah!? But what about The Drunken Cholos?! " Sounds good, to be honest, I like the Melodic Queers stuff better than the snotty stuff, but I'm just an old dude.
