STARING BACK is asking for your help. We are looking for an amazing vocalist and songwriter to front our band. We're hoping that by asking people we know, we can find just the right person we're looking for. This person must meet some requirements reasonably. These are:
-Should have experience writing, recording, touring, and performing.
-Should have similar music styles and background.
-Must live in or be willing to move to Santa Barbara or surrounding areas.
-Must be willing to tour extensively.
-Must not smoke. This is something we feel very strongly about.
-Must be capable of singing strongly, consistently, and powerfully in the proper range.
-Stage presence is very important. We need someone to front our band.
-Should be around the ages of 20-25 years old.
Other qualities should be understood before auditioning, such as being focused, dedicated, positive, and very serious about this. This is a full time position!
