Mates Of State, after a few weeks of R&R, are taking to the road once more. This time they're spending a few weeks gigging around the Midwest and East Coast with the likes of The Oranges Band, The Wrens, Phantom Planet, and - inexplicably - Ghostface Killa. The dynamic duo will cap it all off with a pair of shows opening for the Strokes.
In other Mates Of State news, the band is currently in the process of assembling a documentary DVD for a possible Fall release. They'll also be spending this summer writing a follow-up to 2003's Team Boo [review].
