Alkaline Trio, Supersuckers, The Dickies, Slashtones, Sic Fucks and Bebe Buell will all be performing at the fourth annual Life's A Gas benefit that celebrates the life of Ramones frontman Joey Ramone. Proceeds from the May 19th show at NYC's Irving Plaza will go to the Lymphoma Foundation. An all-star band called Friends Of Joey Ramone will also perform. The Friends include Marky and Tommy Ramone, Television's Richard Lloyd, The Dead Boys' Jeff Magnum and Cheetah Chrome, Andy Shernoff of the Dictators, and Heartbreakers' Walter Lure.

The event, emceed by Matt Pinfield, will feature appearances by Steven Van Zandt and actress P.J. Soles (from the Rock 'n' Roll High School movie). Tickets are available now.
