Billboard is reporting that Rhino Records is set to release two Talking Heads retrospectives on August 17th. The first is a reissuing and updating of the live record The Name of This Band Is Talking Heads (its first issue on CD), the second will be a single-disc greatest hits set appropriately titled The Best of Talking Heads.

The Name of This Band Is Talking Heads was originally a double LP released in 1982. It will be turned into a two-disc CD set with the addition of 13 previously unreleased live tracks recorded from 1977 to 1981. The album will also feature three songs from a 1987 promotional-only live disc: "The Girls Want To Be With the Girls," an early version of "Drugs" titled "Electricity" and "Found a Job." The Best of Talking Heads will feature 18 songs. Billboard reports that both packages were assembled with the involvement of David Byrne, Tina Weymouth, Chris Franz and Jerry Harrison.
