Coming out of the "I wonder what they were up to when this happened?" file:
Sparta drummer Tony Hajjar injured his wrist on August 8th while participating in what were described as "daily intramurals" with current tourmates Incubus. Hajjar is currently under doctor's orders to sit out for a least a week - luckily, the El Paso quartet won't be missing any shows on their current tour, as Incubus drummer Jose Pasillas and bassist Ben Kenney have both stepped up to share drumming duties until Hajjar recovers fully. The Incubus/Sparta tour comes to a close on August 18; ten days later, the band will be shipped off to Oz to open for Blink-182's Australian jaunt. Hajjar should be recovered in time to play those Aussie dates.
