Like on “Lately” where the song reflects on the past and how it effects the present. The lyrical content on is pretty straightforward and makes the EP easy to sing along to. While the EP can sound a little repetitive at times, it’s short enough to keep its momentum throughout. “Deservers” ends the EP on a heavy note and provides the album with an overall clarity of the band’s sound.
