Planes Mistaken for Stars have released some details about their forthcoming Abacus Recordings debut. The record is the follow up to 2004's Up in Them Guts.
Originally promised for 06/06/06, the album was pushed back due to their recording schedule. Now due out October 3rd, the album, titled Mercy will include 11 new tracks, including "Crooked Mile" which is now streaming from their myspace page.
Later this month the band is also headed to Europe and the UK for a month-long tour. A North American tour will be announced soon.
