One of the years best is a huge stretch, but it's alright. These guys are from my hometown, so i kind of have to cheer for them, but for what it's worth, I Am Hollywood had a few songs that were better than every song on this album. However, this album as a whole is better. Does that make sense? Plus, I'm a huge fan of the redneck, southern rock thing that they are going for, even if they try a little too hard at times on this record.

As dudes, though, these guys suck at life. Schylur Croom is such a douchebag.

I'd have to say its my favorite album put out in 2006. You sould also hear the split they put out with Classic Case. They do an amazing cover of Reba Mcentire's "Fancy"

I liked their last one as well. But this one blows.

I don't know, its like they took everything I didn't like out of their last album and magnified for this one. I wanted more of the big choruses and deep growls and jazzy moments not more of the southern rock swagger shtick.

Yeah, who hasn't had that problem.

Now let's all pray that Neill Cawley gets through this and doesn't have to go to jail.

Yeah, whats that all about? I'm guessing maybe Oh Calcutta had a better availability, where as most people would have to order the Falcon record.

I was reading it and it hit me, The Falcon, but no Lawrence Arms. There is no way The Falcon is more popular than The Lawrence Arms.

I think it's funny that everyone on here talks about bands selling out, but when it comes to a list of best selling albums everyone thinks it sucks that nine out of ten releases on the list suck. Isn't the point of underground music to make good music and not care about album sales?
