Hey, Perfect Future are fucking awesome. My band played with them on the 22nd. They live like 40 minutes from us and play shows out of their basement. Maybe you just have to see them to respect them, though.

Not really. I'm just glad it wasn't a blowout. I grew up in portland, and i like to see them both win. I think oregon will have a better chance against ohio state, but it would have been fun to see OSU vs OSU.

Yes, it is punknews. And I can defend Tegan and Sara by pointing out that, in most cases, punks are pretty open minded and may listen to a few things "un-punk". Also, the album is pretty fantastic.

If this were a "best punk albums of November" I would agree with you, but it's really just the most popular albums here, regardless of genre.
