Polyvinyl recording artists Decibully will release their second album, Sing Out, America!, on Tuesday, March 8. According to the Milwaukee band's website, North American and European tours will quickly follow the album's release. The alt-country/indie-pop seven-piece, which features former members if Since By Man, The Promise Ring and Camden, will celebrate the album's release on Saturday, March 5 as they perform two shows at The Mad Planet with fellow Milwaukee group El Oso, who'll also be releasing their new album on Chicago label Contraphonic Music Ltd that night.

The band released their last record, City of Festivals in 2003.
