Chris from defunct pop-punk act Showoff has reported that the band will reunite in March for a benefit show. Chris let us know the circumstances that led to the reunion:

This will be a benifit for my father who has been diagnosed with cancer. The Cancer spread throughout his body and they gave him 3 months to live. he is losing his house and I want to do whatever I can to assure my mom and grandmother that they will have somewhere to live. The show will be sometime in March and I have 2 of the 3 original members confirmed. I will add more when I can.

The show is set for March 15th. Donations of any kind will also be accepted
