The Black Halos recently posted an update on their tour woes:

Billy is experiencing a medical emergency and will be off the tour for a couple of shows. He hopes to catch up with the rest of the band soon. We are still playing shows with the rest of the band taking on the vocal duties so come out and see us! We are planning another tour this summer so if you don't get a chance to see us now you can then with everyone - including Billy!
