Toronto's Controller.Controller have finished recording their new full length and follow up to 2004's History EP. The album, titled X-Amounts, will be released on Paper Bag Records on October 11th. A full Canadian tour will follow in the fall with dates to be be announced soon.

Also this month Montreal based Paper Bag will release new records from the FemBots and Deadly Snakes. FemBots, who spent much of the past year touring as members of the Weakerthans, will follow up 2003's Small Town Murder Scene with The City on September 6th. The new Deadly Snakes record, Porcella, will see a Canadian release on the label on September 27th. It's due in the US via In The Red.
